이용약관
이 약관은 leed.at(이하 ‘개발자’)이 제공하는 Rating Widget for Codeforces(이하 ‘앱’)의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
1. 서비스 소개
앱은 이용자가 입력한 핸들의 공개 정보를 Codeforces 공개 API로 불러와 앱 화면과 홈 화면·잠금 화면 위젯에 보여 주는 도구입니다. 앱은 Codeforces 계정에 로그인하거나 계정 정보를 바꾸지 않습니다.
2. 약관의 동의
앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제해 주세요.
3. 핸들
- 앱은 별도의 회원 가입이나 로그인이 없으며, Codeforces 핸들만 입력해 사용합니다.
- 본인 핸들과 친구로 추가하는 핸들은 Codeforces에 공개된 정보만 조회합니다.
- 이용자는 언제든 앱 설정에서 핸들을 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 표시되는 정보
- 대회가 끝난 뒤 레이팅이 반영되기까지 Codeforces 사정에 따라 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
- Codeforces API가 응답하지 않거나 호출이 제한되면 정보가 늦게 갱신되거나 표시되지 않을 수 있습니다.
- 위젯 갱신 주기와 알림 시점은 iOS·Android의 배터리 정책에 따라 늦어질 수 있습니다.
- 대회 참가와 일정 확인은 반드시 Codeforces 공식 사이트에서 확인하세요.
5. 광고와 인앱 결제
- 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 운영을 위해 대시보드에 광고를 표시합니다. 광고와 관련된 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
- ‘광고 제거’는 한 번 결제하는 비소모성 인앱 상품이며, 결제·환불은 App Store 또는 Google Play의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 같은 스토어 계정이면 앱의 ‘구매 복원’으로 다른 기기나 재설치 후에도 구매를 되살릴 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 의무
- 관련 법령과 Codeforces의 이용 조건을 지켜야 합니다.
- 법령이 허용하는 경우를 제외하고 앱을 역설계·변조·재배포해서는 안 됩니다.
- 자동화된 수단으로 앱을 조작해 Codeforces API에 과도한 요청을 보내서는 안 됩니다.
7. 지식재산권과 상표
앱의 디자인, 코드, 로고 등에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다.
Codeforces는 해당 권리자의 상표입니다. Rating Widget for Codeforces는 독립적인 비공식 앱으로, Codeforces와 제휴하거나 Codeforces의 승인·보증을 받지 않았습니다.
Codeforces is a trademark of its respective owner. Rating Widget for Codeforces is an independent, unofficial app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Codeforces.
App Store는 Apple Inc.의 상표이고, Google Play는 Google LLC의 상표입니다.
8. 보증의 부인
앱은 ‘있는 그대로(as is)’, ‘제공 가능한 범위에서(as available)’ 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 앱이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다는 점, 표시되는 정보가 정확·완전·최신이라는 점을 포함해 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
9. 책임의 제한
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 개발자는 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불가, 정보의 지연·오류·누락, 알림의 지연이나 누락으로 인해 발생한 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해와 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 그렇지 않습니다.
10. 서비스의 변경과 중단
Codeforces API, 앱 스토어 정책의 변경이나 기술적 사유로 앱의 기능이 바뀌거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 웹사이트를 통해 알립니다.
11. 약관의 변경
약관을 변경하면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에서 알립니다. 변경된 약관의 시행 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
12. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 앱 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 강행 법규가 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.

Rating Widget for Codeforces
Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using Rating Widget for Codeforces (“the app”), provided by leed.at (“we”, “the developer”).
1. The service
The app fetches public information about the handles you enter through the public Codeforces API and shows it in the app and in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. The app never signs in to or changes a Codeforces account.
2. Agreement
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using and delete the app.
3. Handles
- There is no registration or sign-in; you use the app by entering a Codeforces handle.
- For your handle and your friends’ handles, the app reads only information that is public on Codeforces.
- You can change or clear your handle in Settings at any time.
4. Information shown
- After a contest, Codeforces may take some time to update ratings.
- If the Codeforces API is unavailable or rate-limited, information may be delayed or missing.
- Widget refresh intervals and alert timing may be delayed by iOS and Android battery policies.
- Always confirm contest participation and schedules on the official Codeforces website.
5. Ads and in-app purchase
- The app is free and shows ads on the dashboard. Ad-related information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
- “Remove ads” is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Payments and refunds follow the App Store or Google Play policies.
- With the same store account, “Restore purchase” brings the purchase back on another device or after reinstalling.
6. Your responsibilities
- Follow applicable laws and Codeforces’ terms of use.
- Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
- Do not automate the app to send excessive requests to the Codeforces API.
7. Intellectual property and trademarks
Rights to the app’s design, code and logo belong to the developer.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including that the app will work without interruption or error, or that the information shown is accurate, complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the app, delayed, wrong or missing information, or delayed or missed alerts. This does not apply to damages caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to the service
Features may change or stop because of changes to the Codeforces API, app store policies or technical reasons. Important changes are announced in the app or on this website.
11. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes on this page and in the app at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you). Continuing to use the app after the changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence are not limited by these terms.
