시작하기

  1. 핸들 입력첫 화면에 Codeforces 핸들을 입력하세요. codeforces.com/profile/ 뒤의 이름이에요. 프로필 링크를 붙여 넣어도 돼요.
  2. 대시보드 확인레이팅, 다음 랭크까지 남은 점수, 레이팅 그래프, 다가오는 대회를 확인하세요.
  3. 친구 추가‘친구와 알림’에서 친구 핸들을 최대 10명까지 추가하세요.
  4. 위젯 추가홈 화면이나 잠금 화면에 위젯을 추가하면 앱을 열지 않아도 레이팅이 보여요.

핸들 없이 먼저 둘러보려면 첫 화면에서 ‘샘플로 먼저 둘러보기’를 누르세요.

위젯 추가하기

iPhone 홈 화면

  1. 편집 모드홈 화면의 빈 곳을 길게 누르고 ‘편집’ → ‘위젯 추가’를 누르세요.
  2. Rating Widget 검색위젯 목록에서 ‘Rating Widget’을 찾으세요.
  3. 종류와 크기 선택레이팅, 다가오는 대회, 친구 레이팅, 풀이 기록, 다음 랭크 중에서 고르고 크기를 정한 뒤 ‘위젯 추가’를 누르세요.

iPhone 잠금 화면

  1. 사용자화잠금 화면을 길게 누르고 ‘사용자화’ → ‘잠금 화면’을 선택하세요.
  2. 위젯 영역 선택시계 아래 위젯 영역이나 시계 위 날짜 영역을 누르세요.
  3. Rating Widget 추가‘Rating Widget’에서 레이팅·랭크 진행·카운트다운·친구 순위 위젯을 골라 추가하세요.

Android 홈 화면

  1. 앱에서 바로 추가앱의 ‘위젯 추가하기’ 화면에서 ‘홈 화면에 바로 추가’를 누르세요. 지원하는 런처에서는 바로 추가돼요.
  2. 직접 추가또는 홈 화면의 빈 곳을 길게 누르고 ‘위젯’ → ‘Rating Widget’을 찾아 원하는 위치에 놓으세요.

알림 받기

  • 레이팅 반영: 대회가 끝나고 내 레이팅이 바뀌면 알려 줘요.
  • 대회 시작: Div. 1~4, Educational, Global 라운드는 시작 30분 전에 자동으로, 다른 대회는 대회별로 골라서 켤 수 있어요.
  • 친구 랭크 변동: 친구의 랭크가 오르거나 내리면 알려 줘요.

‘친구와 알림’ 화면에서 켜고, 처음 켤 때 알림 권한을 허용해 주세요. 레이팅·친구 알림은 앱이 백그라운드에서 새로고침할 때 확인하므로 조금 늦게 올 수 있어요.

자주 묻는 질문

대회가 끝났는데 레이팅이 안 바뀌어요.

Codeforces가 결과를 확정하고 레이팅을 반영하기까지 보통 몇 시간이 걸려요. 반영된 뒤에는 앱에서 당겨서 새로고침하거나 위젯의 새로고침 버튼을 눌러 주세요.

위젯이 갱신되지 않아요.

위젯은 보통 3시간마다, 대회가 끝난 뒤에는 30분마다 스스로 갱신하지만 실제 주기는 운영체제가 정해요. 앱을 한 번 열거나, 설정의 ‘위젯 지금 새로고침’ 또는 위젯의 새로고침 버튼을 누르면 바로 갱신돼요. iOS의 저전력 모드나 Android의 배터리 최적화는 갱신을 늦출 수 있어요.

핸들을 찾을 수 없다고 나와요.

Codeforces 프로필 주소(codeforces.com/profile/…)의 이름과 같은지 확인하세요. 핸들을 바꿨다면 새 핸들로 다시 입력해 주세요. 앱은 바뀐 핸들을 Codeforces 응답에 맞춰 자동으로 고치기도 해요.

‘Codeforces가 점검 중이거나 응답하지 않아요’가 보여요.

Codeforces가 점검 중이거나 요청이 많아 잠시 응답하지 않는 경우예요. 잠시 후 다시 시도하면 대부분 해결돼요.

광고를 없앴는데 다시 보여요.

앱을 다시 설치했거나 기기를 바꿨다면 설정의 ‘구매 복원’을 눌러 주세요. 구매한 스토어 계정과 같은 계정이어야 해요.

요금이 있나요?

무료예요. 대시보드에 광고가 표시되고, 한 번 구매하면 광고를 모두 없앨 수 있어요.

데이터 삭제

Rating Widget에는 회원 가입이 없어서 서버에서 지워야 할 계정이 없어요. 아래 방법으로 기기에서 정보를 지울 수 있어요.

  1. 핸들 지우기앱 설정의 ‘핸들 지우기’를 누르면 핸들, 레이팅 기록, 대회 알림이 삭제돼요.
  2. 친구 지우기‘친구와 알림’ 화면에서 친구 옆의 × 버튼을 눌러 지우세요.
  3. 위젯 제거와 앱 삭제홈 화면·잠금 화면에서 위젯을 제거한 뒤 앱을 삭제하면 남은 데이터도 함께 지워져요.
  4. 분석 데이터 삭제 요청(선택)익명 사용 통계·오류 보고서의 삭제를 원하시면 me@leed.at으로 요청해 주세요. 처리에 필요한 정보를 안내해 드려요.

Getting started

  1. Enter your handleType your Codeforces handle on the first screen — the name after codeforces.com/profile/. Pasting your profile link works too.
  2. Check the dashboardSee your rating, the points left to your next rank, your rating chart and upcoming contests.
  3. Add friendsAdd up to 10 friends’ handles in “Friends & alerts”.
  4. Add widgetsPut widgets on your Home Screen or Lock Screen to see your rating without opening the app.

To look around first, tap “Explore with sample data” on the first screen.

Adding widgets

iPhone Home Screen

  1. Edit modeTouch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, then tap “Edit” → “Add Widget”.
  2. Find Rating WidgetSearch for “Rating Widget” in the widget list.
  3. Pick a widget and sizeChoose rating, upcoming contests, friends, activity or next rank, pick a size and tap “Add Widget”.

iPhone Lock Screen

  1. CustomizeTouch and hold the Lock Screen, then tap “Customize” → “Lock Screen”.
  2. Choose an areaTap the widget area below the clock or the date above it.
  3. Add Rating WidgetPick the rating, rank progress, countdown or friend ranking widget from “Rating Widget”.

Android Home Screen

  1. Add from the appTap “Add to Home Screen” on the “Add widgets” screen in the app. Supported launchers add it right away.
  2. Add manuallyOr touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap “Widgets”, find “Rating Widget” and drop it where you like.

Alerts

  • Rating updated: when a contest ends and your rating changes.
  • Contest reminders: 30 minutes before Div. 1–4, Educational and Global rounds by default, plus any other contest you turn on.
  • Friend rank changes: when a friend moves up or down a rank.

Turn them on in “Friends & alerts” and allow notifications the first time. Rating and friend alerts are checked when the app refreshes in the background, so they may arrive a little late.

FAQ

The contest ended but my rating hasn’t changed.

Codeforces usually takes a few hours to finalize results and update ratings. Once it has, pull to refresh in the app or tap the refresh button on a widget.

My widget isn’t updating.

Widgets refresh about every 3 hours, and every 30 minutes after a contest, but the OS decides the actual timing. Opening the app, “Refresh widgets now” in Settings or the widget’s refresh button updates it right away. Low Power Mode on iOS and battery optimization on Android can delay refreshes.

It says my handle can’t be found.

Make sure it matches the name in your profile URL (codeforces.com/profile/…). If you renamed your handle, enter the new one. The app also follows renamed handles automatically when Codeforces reports them.

It says Codeforces is under maintenance or not responding.

Codeforces may be under maintenance or busy. Trying again a bit later usually fixes it.

I removed ads but they came back.

If you reinstalled the app or changed devices, tap “Restore purchase” in Settings while signed in to the same store account you bought with.

Does it cost anything?

It’s free. The dashboard shows ads, and a one-time purchase removes them all.

Deleting your data

Rating Widget has no accounts, so there is nothing to delete on a server. You can remove your information from the device like this:

  1. Remove your handle“Remove handle” in Settings deletes your handle, rating history and contest reminders.
  2. Remove friendsTap × next to a friend on the “Friends & alerts” screen.
  3. Remove widgets and delete the appRemove the widgets from your Home Screen and Lock Screen, then delete the app to erase the rest.
  4. Ask us to delete analytics (optional)To delete anonymous usage statistics or crash reports, email me@leed.at and we will tell you what we need.
